CONSULTING:
The goal of Moreo Industrial Solutions (MDS) consulting is to provide a superior surface engineered maintenance standard to ensure asset protection with maximum service life at a predefined approved cost. MIS consulting services also includes a full maintenance assessment and management service to help customers realize the advantages and value of maintenance customization and budget projection.
MIS offers a comprehensive assessment that will reveal the condition(s) of asset service life under current maintenance practices. The result of the assessment allows MIS to analyze, design, and develop an Asset Protection Maintenance Program (APMP). This program will maximize the performance life of each asset within a practical cost effect budget, as defined by the customer (asset owner), driven by Cost Reduction and Cost Avoidance. Maintenance customization recognizes that each and every business is unique to the standards they self impose. MIS takes those customer standards and transforms the concept into a cost effective APMP.
MIS encourages and assists customers to become proactive with environmental issues by adherence to the most stringent guidelines within industry standards. EPA guidelines are constantly changing, MIS has the resources to identify updates and implement changes to products and/or systems to ensure project compliance
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
MIS provides project management to oversee the daily application and operational process to ensure that specifications are executed to the letter under the best available conditions. Additionally observed are the safety practices of the project to identify and correct unsafe practices and to avoid any OSHA recordables wherever possible. Project management is also responsible for the scheduling of projects to ensure benchmarked timelines are met. Missed targeted timelines always bare cost impacts that prohibit project execution within budget, MIS is there to prevent such cost impacts. It is the project management component that allows MIS to take responsibility for the project completion successfully.
